We supply skilled labour across workshop and site-based projects within the structural and architectural metalwork sectors. Our workforce includes fabricator welders, assembly fitters, and site welders—ranging from basic production operatives to highly skilled, coded professionals proficient in flux-core, multi-run, and positional welding.

We also provide site teams for the installation of brackets, handrails, balustrades, and other architectural features. These operatives are capable of working under supervision and contributing effectively to projects of all sizes.

Labour can be provided on a flexible basis—either via a traditional agency model (hourly charge rate with timesheet-based invoicing) or as directly employed BRS staff. Our directly employed teams are fully construction compliant, trade-specific CSCS certified, and available up to supervisory level.
